Loyalty Program - Collect Flypoints

Loyal customers should be rewarded! This is how we see it and offer all regular customers (customers who have created a customer account) a loyalty program (Flypoints) with which you can save money.

Flypoints - collect credits - without any ifs and buts:

From now on as a kniebrett.ch customer you will collect "Flypoints" automatically and with every order. With every order you receive automatically within 4 days 1% of the order sum as credit on the customer account credited.

Prerequisite: You have a customer account and have not ordered as a guest (with guest orders this is technically not possible because we do not store any data in the shop). As soon as you have logged in, you will see how many Flypoints can be collected for each product. A Flypoint corresponds to one cent (CHF) and thus a bonus of 1% of the order sum. You can see your entire Flypoint balance in your customer account. Flypoints can be redeemed with any order, or collected for a larger order.

The Flypoint credit does not expire, it is unlimitedly valid (as by the way also all our coupons). There are no other restrictions when redeeming Flypoints. According to our motto: fair, transparent and attractive.

Important: If you visit us in our pick up store, you have to mention that you have a customer account. Then we can add the flypoints manually.
