General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of 3.5.2018

Delivery

The goal is to make all deliveries at the desired time. However, we are dependent on manufacturers / suppliers, therefore, all named delivery dates are to be understood as a guideline. If the goods are available from stock, packages that have been ordered by 17:00 clock are usually delivered to you the next day.

Claims for damages are therefore expressly excluded.

Partial deliveries are carried out and charged without further postage costs.

Prices

All prices include VAT.

Returns

The buyer must check the goods and notify any delivery errors, damage or loss within 3 days of receipt. Thereafter, the delivery is considered approved.

Returns to the credit note are in their original packaging and undamaged within 7 days, otherwise the return can be refused.

Warranty claims

Basically, the warranty conditions of manufacturers apply. kniebrett.ch is under no circumstances obligated to provide further guarantees or to pay for losses or expenses incurred.

Guidelines for warranty returns

The original invoice is your guarantee card, it must be enclosed with a precise error description of each warranty return.

Defective products must be returned in a professional package so that no additional damage occurs.

Warranty services can only be provided with appropriate treatment. Damage caused by external influences is excluded from the warranty. Also excluded are products in which the serial number is no longer visible.

The delivery costs for defective goods will be borne by the buyer, those for the warranty exchange are at the expense of kniebrett.ch.

Free warranty Replacement can only be granted if the defective product was purchased from knee board.

We reserve the right to make improvements, to replace products that are no longer available with equivalent ones, or to issue a credit note if necessary.

Returns Policies

Non-eligible products or products not supplied by kniebrett.ch will be returned with settlement of the processing costs. The processing fee is CHF 30.- per return.

Payment terms

You can pay by prepayment, Paypal or credit card.
Other payment options must be agreed, depending on the situation and possibility.

Shipping terms
The delivery costs include transport, packaging, handling and insurance.
Partial deliveries are not subject to postage.

Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction for the assessment of all disputes arising from this contract is Klingnau.

The buyer expressly declares that, subject to waiving his ordinary place of residence, he will submit to the place of jurisdiction agreed here.

Disputes are exclusively subject to Swiss law.
